Kitchen + Living Area Remodel (Before → After)
This project transformed a dated, closed-off kitchen and adjoining living space into a bright, modern open-concept layout. The original room featured heavy wood cabinetry, older fixtures, and limited lighting, which made the space feel smaller and more disconnected.
The renovation updated the entire look and function: new shaker-style cabinetry, sleek countertops, updated stainless appliances, and layered lighting (recessed + pendants) to brighten the work area and seating. The living space was refreshed to match with cohesive flooring, clean lines, and a lighter, more contemporary palette—creating one unified, welcoming area for cooking, hosting, and everyday life.
Mudroom Glow-Up (Before → After)
This mudroom went from “drop zone chaos” to a clean, built-in landing spot that actually works for real life. The original space had basic hooks and floor-level storage that easily turned into clutter, with soft flooring that wasn’t ideal for boots, snow, or everyday traffic.
The renovation added custom built-in cabinetry and a bench system to create intentional storage for coats, shoes, and grab-and-go items. Upper cabinets maximize vertical space, while open cubbies and a bench make daily routines easier (hello, putting on shoes without doing the one-legged flamingo). Finished with durable, easy-clean flooring and a crisp, modern look, the space now feels organized, welcoming, and purpose-built.
Bathroom Remodel (Before → After)
This bathroom makeover took a builder-grade, dated space and turned it into a crisp, spa-inspired retreat. The “before” look included an older oak vanity, beige finishes, and a shower/tub setup that felt boxed-in and tired.
The remodel modernized everything: a new vanity with updated hardware, fresh countertops, upgraded mirrors and lighting, and a clean, bright color scheme. The shower area was elevated with a contemporary glass enclosure and large-format, marble-look tile, paired with matte black fixtures for a bold, high-end finish. The result is a bathroom that feels larger, cleaner, and far more luxurious—without being fussy.
Closet Organization Remodel (Before → After)
This project turned a cluttered, hard-to-use closet into a bright, streamlined storage system that feels custom and intentional. The original setup relied on a basic wire shelf and crowded hanging space, which made it easy for clothing, shoes, and accessories to pile up and get lost in the shuffle.
The renovation added a built-in closet system with dedicated sections for hanging items, folded storage, and shoe organization—plus drawers to keep smaller items neatly tucked away. Integrated lighting brightens every section, making the whole space feel larger and easier to use. The result is a clean, functional closet that’s simple to maintain and designed for real-life daily routines (not just a “before photo” emergency cleanup).
Basement Finish (Before → After)
This project transformed an unfinished basement—bare concrete floors, exposed framing, and visible mechanicals—into a warm, comfortable living space that feels like a true extension of the home. The goal was to turn “storage and utilities” into usable square footage for relaxing, entertaining, and everyday hangouts.
The renovation included finishing the walls and ceiling, adding recessed lighting for a bright, even glow, and updating the flooring for comfort and durability. The space was completed with a clean, neutral palette and a functional layout that supports a cozy lounge setup with a dedicated TV area. The result is a basement that no longer feels like an afterthought—it feels finished, inviting, and ready to be lived in.
